  • We provide a wide range of NDIS services including in-home daily living support, Supported Independent Living (SIL), short-term accommodation (respite), life skills mentoring, community and social participation, occupational therapy, positive behaviour support, support coordination, and psychosocial recovery coaching. We operate across Moreton Bay Region in QLD and the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Sutherland Shire Regions in NSW.

  • Yes, Individual Me is a registered NDIS provider. This means we can support participants who are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed.

  • That's completely normal. NDIS funding can be confusing. Our team can help you understand your plan, what your budgets cover, and how to get the most from your funding. Just get in touch for a no-pressure conversation.

  • Absolutely. You don't need a referral from a GP or anyone else to get in touch with us. You can self-refer, or a family member, carer or support coordinator can make a referral on your behalf. Use the referral button above or contact us directly.

  • Not at all. Many people come to us unsure of exactly what they need. That's what our initial conversation is for, we'll help you work out what support makes sense for your goals and your plan.

  • We provide NDIS support across Moreton Bay Region in Queensland, and the Illawarra (including Wollongong and Shellharbour), Shoalhaven (including Nowra and Ulladulla), and Sutherland Shire (The Shire) in New South Wales.

  • We're a genuinely person-centred provider; meaning we build support around you, not the other way around. We prioritise consistent support workers, real relationships, and flexible support that changes as your needs do. We're local, we're responsive, and we actually care about outcomes.

  • We welcome feedback, it helps us improve. You can speak directly with your support worker or contact our team at any time. If you have a complaint, we have a formal process to make sure it's handled fairly and promptly. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, independently of us.
