About Individual Me
Individual Me was founded on a simple belief: disability support should never be one-size-fits-all. Every person deserves support that reflects their goals, strengths, and individuality.
As an NDIS disability support provider, Individual Me is built around the idea that the best outcomes happen when support is truly personalised. Our services are designed to help people with disabilities live life on their own terms, with choice, control, and confidence.
We provide NDIS support across Moreton Bay in Queensland and the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Sutherland Shire in New South Wales.

Why Individual Me Was Created
Individual Me was created to deliver person-centred disability support services that listen first and build support around what matters most to each individual because when support is built around the person, real change happens.

Individual Me provides NDIS disability support services across New South Wales and Queensland. Our local teams are based in the communities they serve, we're not a call centre provider.
Illawarra
Supporting NDIS participants across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Dapto, Thirroul and surrounding areas.
Shoalhaven
Supporting participants in Nowra, Bomaderry, Ulladulla, Berry and the broader Shoalhaven region.
The Shire
Sutherland Shire Supporting participants across Cronulla, Sutherland, Miranda, Engadine and surrounding suburbs.
Moreton Bay
Supporting participants across Redcliffe, Caboolture, Bribie Island and the broader Moreton Bay Region in Queensland.
